Get this working perfectly and quit creating updates that break things just because you think they're cool! Microsoft, GET WITH IT! Work along side with wacom. I cannot yet find a setting to disable this. No more drag to highlight in explorer/ any browser, the drag now becomes a scrolling nuisance.
